Roger has over 30 + years of executive level HR experience and specializes in aligning an organization's talent strategy with the business strategy. He has experience in many industries including construction, mechanical contracting, technology, safety, and more.
Roger founded the Rinker Group to serve as an ally to leaders, organizations, and HR professionals who are facing talent challenges. He is a passionate, out-of-the-box talent leader who believes in delivering sustainable and high-value results for his clients.
Roger obtained a Masters in Organizational Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia University. He is a speaker, trainer, thought leader, and golfer.

Candice is a dynamic HR and Talent Management expert. She brings over 10 years of experience to the Rinker Group. Her ability to create leading edge and innovative solutions make her invaluable to the clients we serve.
Candice has achieved many notable accomplishments throughout her career including authoring the book, Engage Us Now!, being a distinguished writer and contributor of the Forbes Human Resources Council, and serving in leadership roles in talent development organizations such as the Association of Talent Development (ATD).
Her areas of expertise include talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, change management, design thinking, conflict resolution, and more.
